Feliks Audio EOS is the result of more than 25 years of experience in designing and manufacturing premium tube amplifiers. One of our most technologically sophisticated amplifiers to date, the EOS features a screen, a remote control, and the capability to drive speakers as well as supply noise-free power to headphones and IEMs, whether low or high-impedance. With that, the EOS takes the title of our new flagship tube amplifier.
Feliks Audio’s history began in 1998 with made-to-order tube amplifiers. Long before we took on the mass production of headphone amplifiers, our expertise was based on stereo amplification. More than 25 years after the company’s inception, the EOS was born – an amplifier combining over two decades of premium hi-fi expertise and a summit-fi level of tube headphone amplification.
If there is one thing 300B tubes are associated with in the world of hi-fi, it is a high power output and a dynamic, powerful sound signature. Thanks to the famous 300B power tube and CV181 driver tube combination, this is exactly what the EOS delivers, whether your dream audio setup consists of headphones, speakers, or both. With 8 watts of power on the headphone output and 6 watts on the speaker output, the EOS is capable of driving both speakers and demanding headphones with authority.
The EOS’s immense power output is not its only strength – it manages to strike the perfect balance between high power and clarity, achieving the lowest distortion and the widest frequency range of any amplifier in our portfolio. Combined with a low output impedance, the EOS is a perfect companion to IEMs and sensitive headphone models with impedance as low as 10 ohms. The pre-amp output, a highly popular function among our users, saw a great improvement in frequency response width and noise levels compared to our previous models. The result is a highly dynamic and engaging sound combined with unprecedented clarity and detail retrieval, no matter how you use the EOS in your setup.
Our mission at Feliks Audio is to design and manufacture tube amplifiers that, apart from great sound reproduction, are characterised by longevity and ease of use. With that in mind, the EOS has been equipped with a screen, displaying the current inputs, outputs, and gain settings in use, as well as a VU meter. The key purpose of the screen, however, lies in its diagnostic functionality. The user can display information about the amplifier’s operating voltages, temperature, and tube health. These solutions are meant to allow the user peace of mind, with no interruptions to the listening session.
Taking full advantage of the EOS’s functionality is effortless, thanks to the inclusion of physical buttons and a remote control. At the press of a button, the user may switch gain settings or inputs from across the room, or even personalize their display. Switching between headphones and speakers is instantaneous, without the need for unplugging either – simply change the gain to an appropriate setting using the remote or physical buttons. The volume may also be controlled via the remote thanks to motorized volume control. Keeping track of the amplifier’s condition is simple – a press of a button runs a diagnostic check, providing the user with insight into the EOS's health.
Apart from the innovative features, some things remain unchanged – the EOS features the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that won over many audiophiles across the world. The EOS is available in two of our most popular wood finishes – Oak and American Walnut – allowing it to complement any listening space not just sonically, but also visually.
